If your property hasn’t sold within the first 90 days, we’ll offer a further 30-day appointment with no additional agency fee.
PAYMENT
Clear from day one.
Choose to pay the $9,999 package upfront, or ask us about CampaignAgent Pay Later. The amount eligible for deferral, any fees and payment timing must be confirmed with CampaignAgent before proceeding.

Form 2 preparation is arranged at no charge through our service provider. Required property searches and any applicable body corporate statement are additional, typically approximately $100–$300 in total, depending on the property.

Do I still get full agency support?
Yes. We manage the campaign from launch through to settlement, including enquiries, buyer follow-up, offers, negotiation, contracts and transaction management.
What do I need to do?
You prepare the home, conduct open homes and private inspections, provide access when required, arrange your Form 2 and make the final decision on offers.
What if the property doesn’t sell in 90 days?
We offer a further 30-day appointment with no additional agency fee.
Can I pay later?
You can pay the $9,999 package upfront or ask about CampaignAgent Pay Later. Eligibility, the amount that can be deferred, fees and terms must be confirmed with the provider.
